STAND-UP COMEDIAN • PRODUCER • FOUNDER Based in San Diego, California, Aaron Barber is a Texas-born stand-up comedian who has performed in over a dozen countries since starting comedy in Malaysia in 2017. His style blends sharp punchlines, strong crowd command, and stories shaped by marriage, travel, and a life that has taken him far beyond where he started. INTERNATIONAL ACCOLADES: New Zealand comedy award winner, with screen roles in Bollywood and Hong Kong action films, Aaron’s career has taken some unusual turns. He has also produced counterterrorism comedy projects, which sounds made up, but is somehow very real. In addition to performing, Aaron has built a strong reputation as a producer, host, and comedy entrepreneur. He served as Executive Producer of the Chucotown Comedy Festival and is the founder of MassiveTix, a ticketing and marketing platform built for comedians who are trying to break out of the starving artist cycle. He has performed at venues including The Ice House, National Lampoon’s Yellow Door, Mic Drop Comedy, The El Paso Comic Strip, and more. Onstage, Aaron brings big energy, sharp wit, and a wholly unique perspective of the world at large.
